Welcome to The Dance Institute online! We are a Dance Studio serving the Markham, Unionville and Richmond Hill, Ontario area. We specialize in Ballet and Pointe (Cecchetti Method), Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap and Modern. We teach students of all ages and abilities offering both Recreational and Competitive Dance classes and programs.

We had a very successful TDI Competitive Intensive week this past August 2011, in preparation for our upcoming dance season. All of our Company students attended this Intensive week featuring some amazing guest artists including: Linda Garneau, Marc Cardarelli, Jerome Bobb, and Alexandra Crenian just to name a few! Along with some special guests from the Julliard school in New York City! Our Competitive Company students were honoured to have had an amazing week of dance!
